Our Training Program
On the job training mixed with classroom workshops speeds up the training experience. We teach skills that directly relate to our trades, streamlining the time it takes to be a fully skilled tradesman. All training is paid and hands on, making for an engaging learning experience.
Pre-Apprenticeship
A 4-week intensive training kicks off our apprenticeship program. Classroom learning combined with hands-on demonstrations in our training facility speed up the time it takes to learn the core skills of our trades.
Paid Training
2-4 year college programs charge thousands of dollars for degrees that don’t always translate to jobs. We offer full-time paid training that directly translates to a position within our company. On top of that, our graduates of the training program can earn similar salaries to college graduates in the same 2-4 year time frame but without the debt.
Tools Provided
New to construction? No problem. We recognize and work to reduce the investment in tools that it takes to get into construction. We provide a tool kit for every Apprentice from day one.
